Supervision is a space for reflection, growth, and connection—not just clinical guidance. Whether you're a new therapist building your confidence or an experienced clinician navigating complex cases, my goal is to provide a supportive, collaborative environment where you can show up as your full self.
I offer clinical supervision grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and shaped by a relational, compassionate approach. Together, we can explore:
Case conceptualization from an ACT lens
Your use of self in the therapy room
Ethical questions and boundary work
Emotional responses (including the tough ones)
Burnout prevention and therapist identity
Skill development tailored to your goals
As a supervisor, I’m warm, nonjudgmental, and deeply invested in your development—not just as a clinician, but as a whole human. I strive to create a space where you feel safe to explore uncertainty, celebrate growth, and deepen your practice with integrity. I meet all the requirements set out by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) to provide clinical supervision, and I bring both extensive experience as a therapist and formal training as a supervisor to this role.
My approach is deeply empowerment-based. Early in my own career, I had a difficult supervision experience that shook my confidence—and that experience profoundly shaped how I now show up as a supervisor. I strive to ensure that every supervisee I work with feels cared for, respected, and valued for their experience and insight. My goal is to support you in building confidence, deepening your clinical skills, and developing your own authentic voice as a therapist.
If you're looking for supervision that balances clinical depth with emotional safety, I’d love to connect.
